Teasing Tuesday…answering question about WRANGLED AND TANGLED

March 15, 2011

It’s funny, almost immediately after finishing my latest release, I get lots of fan email saying WRITE FASTER asking…”Who’s book is next? What’s it about? When’s it out?”

Well, several readers didn’t notice that there IS a teaser in the back of SADDLED AND SPURRED — for Blacktop Cowboys book 3, WRANGLED AND TANGLED — on the page right after my bio page. Yes, the mini-tease is in both the digital and the print version.

So…Did you all catch that?

Just curious…

I did see that, and I also got the interaction between Celia and Kyle. He’s got a book coming too, right? Hmmm…

Yes, I caught it and yes I know I’m one of those who say you don’t write fast enough. I’m sorry Lorelei, I don’t mean to put pressure on you. I just really, really enjoy your books.

I just finished Corralled, and I’m trying very hard to wait for my cruise to read S&S, so in order to help me out I read the bit of W&T. I’m not sure I should have done that. Now I’m at work and can’t wait to read S&S.

    Great writing as always.

I think you write so many great secondary characters that readers will ALWAYS want you to write faster. I’ve been eating up the Rough Riders back list, and I keep coming up with secondary characters I want stories for. I really, really would love it if you did a novella or story for Brock from Shoulda Been a Cowboy. And Quinn’s brother from Strong, Silent Type. And . . . I love them all. So yes, write faster 🙂

That little teaser was more than a little cruel! As I read Saddled and Spurred I thought for sure the next book had to be Kyle and Celia. But, nooooooo. How long must we wait!

What? There is a teaser???? In my print version of Saddled and Spurred there wasn’t any teaser. Is there any other place I can find this teaser?

I just finished Saddled and Spurred and I had to wipe the tears away at the end. I am so glad you turned Corralled into a series. Can’t wait for Kyle’s story (has to be with Celia). I love you Rough Riders series, Must say you are on talented lady. You are on my “will buy anything and everything she publishes” list. Thank you.

Oh No! There’s not teaser for W&T in the print book? I, too, cannot wait until the newest Loreleigh books come out. I have an OCD issue with your books. When I know a new one is coming out I have to go back and re-read in chronological order, the prior titles, because I can’t get enough. Yep, serious issues!
