GONE COUNTRY has released – 12-11-12!!!

December 11, 2012

GONE COUNTRY has finally released!! I’m thrilled with the way Gavin and Rielle’s story unfolded. It’s a little different than my other books, longer for one, more character point of views for another, and it unfolds over a longer period of time — 9 months.  Lots of McKays pop up in this book as well as a few surprises 🙂

My Rough Riders covers ROCK — thanks Scott at Samhain! — so here’s another peek at it – and buy links for this 14th installment in the McKay saga are at the bottom of this post — Happy Reading! It’ll keep you busy for a while 🙂

I’m already past page 100! And yes, I got the kids off to school on time. Want to read it all in one day, but want to make it last too. Today is better than Christmas!

Another winner — of course! Enjoyed the hell out of it. Please, please say that there is a Sierra-Boone book in your future! And what is this about Redneck Romeo? I can’t find a mention anywhere!

    Keep ’em coming!

Lorelei, this was another terrific book from you! I do love your McKay cowboys and their awesome women, but Gavin and Rielle were a great couple, and I loved everything about their story. Gone Country was an early Christmas present to myself – what a treat! All the best to you and yours for the holiday season.

I just finished it and it is going down in my top five of my favorites along with Cowgirl Up and Ride, Cowgirls Don’t Cry, Branded As Trouble, and Shoulds Been a Cowboy. I love the family dynamics along with a steamy love story:)

Awesome! I am thoroughly in love with this series and currently “Gone Country”. I actually gasped on the last page because it was over! 🙁 I gave it 5 stars on Goodreads and would have given more if I could. You are a wonderful storyteller, Lorelei James, – your stories engage my mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Can’t WAIT for the next one! (Is #16 Sierra and Boone’s story?) Sorry, I HAD to ask! 🙂 Merry Christmas!

I am so happy you wrote about characters in their 40’s. I loved this story. It was sexy, mature and rich because both characters had lived some life. I wish more authors realized that even those in their 40’s and beyond can give most 20 and 30 somethings a run for their money. I’m so glad you remembered that life begins AGAIN after 40 and it can be oh so sweet!

So glad that you are going to give us a story about Dalton and also continue the Sierra and Boone story, I can’t wait until June for the Dalton story. Hopefully you will continue to send us great stories in the future. I also really loved the Blacktop Series. Thank you again!
