Doesn’t he look tasty? I LOVE buffalo, and fortunately it’s easy to find here.

I’ve never eaten buffalo but I’d try it.

Looks a little scrawny to me. Yeah, buffalo is good, but I haven’t had it in years. My dad used to have a few. My pony was scared to death of them. Made for in interesting ride. LOL.

I agree with Tiss – that ones looks kinda small! We love buffalo, but a little hard to find on the coast. We did however have them sleeping IN our campsite in Yellowstone this summer. We could hear them snoring from our trailer. So much for getting the kids to sleep in the tent.

Down the road from me there’s a buffalo farm? We’ve bought meat from him – it’s very nice. I like spring when you see all the babies.

You can get buffalo meat here (Houston) at the grocery store and even one of the burger chains (Fuddruckers).
