Sorry for the missed post last week! We were traveling home from Houston and it felt SO MUCH like a Sunday that I forgot that I hadn’t posted until I realized the next day that it was actually Sunday. Being on vacay usually messes me up, does that happen to anyone else?
I need another week to gather my monthly wrap up post for November as I am in the throes of decorating my house for Christmas. I even misplaced my phone yesterday! Anyway, come back next week for the contest, etc.
I saw this quiz on Twitter and it made me laugh 😂
Mine are:
STYX
AC/DC
LOVERBOY
REO SPEEDWAGON
ALABAMA
Ooh, who’s surprised? Haha
Okay, your turn!

I was a nerdy, classical music geek in high school, who practiced the organ 2 hours a day. So, no surprise:
The King’s Singers
St. Louis Symphony
After those, my vague memories are
Carly Simon
John Denver
Neil Diamond
I’m such an old fogie! I’ve never been to a pop music concert, from folk to rock, but lots of choral and orchestral concerts. Metropolitan Opera in HD on the big screen, and
Broadway shows when I lived near NYC

You can tell everyone’s age by what they like, so I’m going to mess that up. I like ’90s music (1890’s, like what John Phillip Sousa’s band played), J. S. Bach (that goes back a few more centuries), Elvis Pressley, Ed Ames, and Pink Martini. Oops, the question was what we liked in HighSchool. That would leave out Pink Martini. The radio station I listened to in highschool played beach music.

I see people who are probably around my age, judgeing by their music. I’m 71!
The Beatles have to be first. Then later, Crosby Stills and Nash and the Moody Blues. Then the Eagles. and Linda Ronstadt. This is harder than I thought. My YouTube playlists are really packed.
