Ode to…bruschetta

I could live on tomatoes. And crusty bread. Seriously. So this is the perfect food for me. The weird thing? Out here I’ve heard it pronounced bru-shet-a — but I guess the actual way is bru-sket-a — but doesn’t it look yummy? And no, I’m too lazy to make the tomato/basil part of it myself, but it does look easy…but buying a jar of premade and a loaf of bread at Sam’s Club is easier yet 🙂
