Ode to…Honeycrisp apples

Never had a honeycrisp apple? They are the BEST apples in the world. Track some down at your local store–but do it soon because they harvest earlier than other apples and sometimes the stores sell out of them right away. You will not believe how crisp and sweet and perfect they are….Here’s a pic:
