Wanna know why I love Wyoming? My daughter–who attends UWYO–snapped this picture on her way to class – Last week she was driving home and she saw a guy practicing roping in his front yard. Gotta love living in the west!
Looks like she takes after her mother! We moved from Southern California to Northern Nevada 4 years ago. The change in our lives is incredible. I feel like I’m in a different country. And the best part is actually feeling like we live in the west! Not only do we have a few herds of wild mustangs that frequent our property but we also get to see cowboys like this everyday! My daughter is also in college and we both occasionally stop to appreciate the real cowboys!
Nice! My hubby is from Ky and dresses like that minus the hat( he used to though) We live in Mi where i am originally is from. He is a truck driver so on the road alot. I love him decked out in his wranglers and button up shirts and boots. Wrangler pro rodeo jeans do wonders for a mans lower half. Just sayin. lol
Today I drove past the Livestock Event Center on my way to somewhere else, and noticed the Wrangler/ Professionals Choice ACTRA National Finals were being held. As I drove around the curve to the back lot, I noticed it was full of rigs — from the simplest to the most luxurious — and a few horses tied up next to some, and some cowboys. Really sharp looking horses, I must say. But the cowboys! Ladies, grab your purse, toss a camera and a drool rag in it, and head for the Event Center! My word! Broad shoulders, tiny waists, and tight little butts, oh my!

Wonder if he’d let me borrow his notes or maybe even give me some private tutoring…
